What we're looking for in you
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
- 2+ years of experience writing business level correspondence
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a business environment
- High attention to detail
The purpose of your role as an Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support for the Harris Ogden division for a variety of functions including executive support, safety record maintenance, maintaining licensing, obtaining necessary bonds for projects, assist sales team with pre-qualifications, ordering supplies, and providing technical support for the office.
